Grand Knight Report:

State convention was great, including kids’ pizza party, will need additional help next year, Supreme Secretary Patrick Mason was keynote speaker; Florida is hosting Supreme Convention in Orlando, will need lots of help, particularly with transportation.

 

Bills and Communication:

$333.58 bill for rooms at convention.

 

Membership Report:

Two new members, Ben’s son, Benjamin, and Vince’s son, Vincent Jr.

 

Financial Secretary Report:

Received $30 for dues and $20 for big breakfast

Supreme Convention July 28-August 4

Lecturer’s Reflection:

Told the stories of Steamboat Sultana, and how it exploded and sank on Mississippi River on April 27, 1865 and of the General Slocum, which caught fire and sank on June 15, 1904, the two worst American maritime disasters. There is a time for everything.
